TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and deliveries from T2M3000SL. Deliveries and services are provided exclusively under the conditions stated below.
The processing of your personal data includes its collection and storage by us as well as its transmission to the third parties contractually connected with us, insofar as the collection, storage and/or transmission is necessary for the conclusion, the content and the fulfillment of a purchase contract (in particular the delivery of the goods). products you purchased).
Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are cash and collection prices including VAT.
In principle, our invoices are payable immediately in cash or by check on the day of invoicing.

In the event of late payment, default interest of 12% p.a. will be charged.
The customer is not entitled to withhold payments due to incomplete performance, guarantee or warranty claims or defects.
For the purchase of goods/services over the Internet, payment at T2M3000SL is made exclusively by cash on delivery or in advance.
Our offers are subject to change.
Contracts are only concluded through your order and our order confirmation, or if there is no such confirmation, through our delivery.
When a new price list is published, all previous price lists become invalid.
All offers are valid only while supplies last.
The type of shipment (transport route and means of transport) remains exclusively with us.
All prices quoted do not include shipping costs and cash on delivery fees.

We are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transport to you. The transfer of risk passes to you when the product is handed over by the transport company.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, our delivery obligation automatically expires. You are obliged to inspect the goods for transport damage upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, you do not have to accept the product. Your statutory warranty rights are not restricted or otherwise affected by this.
You have a full and free right of exchange within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that the product is returned to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging and you cover the costs of return shipping and transport insurance. This does not apply to custom-made products that were manufactured for you or ordered from a supplier.

After receiving the goods back and checking that they have actually been returned to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, you will receive a transfer in the amount of the previously charged invoice amount to a post office to be announced, less the return shipping costs if you have not paid them yourself or checking account.
The warranty rights require that you check the products immediately after delivery and notify us in writing of any defects immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt. Hidden defects must be reported to us in writing immediately after they are discovered.
The warranty period is 24 months unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

The place of performance is the registered office of the seller/entrepreneur. The sole place of jurisdiction for all current and future claims arising from the business relationship with merchants, including bills of exchange and check claims, is the registered office of the seller/entrepreneur.
The same place of jurisdiction applies if the buyer/orderer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Spain, moves his or her place of residence or usual place of abode outside of the country after conclusion of the contract, or if his or her place of residence or usual place of abode is not known at the time the action is filed.
T2M3000 SL is released from providing services if fulfillment is impossible due to force majeure or other events.
Errors and printing errors excepted.
Any challenge to the agreement due to error is excluded.
Should one of the above provisions be or become ineffective or void, the contract as well as the remaining terms and conditions remain effective.
